ReloadPi.com integrates with third-party payment providers such as Pi Network SDK, NOWPayments, and similar services to process cryptocurrency payments.
These providers are solely responsible for handling payment routing, confirmations, network fees, and any currency conversions. ReloadPi.com does not control the underlying blockchain networks, confirmation speed, or settlement finality.
Any issues related to transaction broadcast, network congestion, confirmation delays, or failed payments must be addressed with the relevant wallet or payment provider. Our responsibility begins once a payment is confirmed as successful and is limited to delivering the purchased digital goods.
If a transaction fails due to a system or provider error, contact support. We will investigate and resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.
ReloadPi.com displays products based on strict filtering criteria, including country, region, brand, and product type. Our system ensures that items such as digital vouchers or gift cards cannot appear outside their intended regional category. For example, a Germany-region voucher will not be shown under United States listings.
You acknowledge that regional restrictions are enforced by the original product providers (e.g., Amazon, mobile operators), and ReloadPi.com cannot modify, convert, or circumvent these restrictions.
By purchasing a region-specific product, you accept responsibility for ensuring it matches your intended usage region. All sales are final once delivered.
We aim to offer 24/7 access to our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or provider-side outages may occur. You agree that we are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Our platform connects to digital goods providers through API integrations. These providers are responsible for product fulfillment. While we strive to maintain accurate data, we are not responsible for inaccuracies or availability issues from third-party systems.
ReloadPi.com may allow users ("Creators") to upload digital content, including eBooks, documents, images, and related materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant ReloadPi.com a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make your User Content available to end users solely for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering the services you request.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to upload and distribute your User Content, including any text, images, cover artwork, or other materials included with the content.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. ReloadPi.com does not review, verify, or guarantee that uploaded content is free of third-party intellectual property claims.
If you believe content on ReloadPi.com infringes your rights, please contact us at support@reloadpi.com with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material. We may remove or restrict access to content while we review the claim.
All branding, logos, software, code, design elements, and other materials related to ReloadPi.com are owned by CrossLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or website notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
