For Visa Prepaid Card

  1. Start by tapping any other product before tapping Visa directly.
  2. We fetch product ranges dynamically, so a race condition may appear.
  3. After purchase, DO NOT open the link inside Pi Browser. Use the COPY button and open it in a regular browser instead.
  4. Share your experiences in our community forum.

Lower Crypto Fees

  1. On the crypto checkout, pick USDC (Solana) whenever possible.
  2. USDC on Solana has lower network fees compared to many other chains.
  3. If you pay in another coin, the provider may need to swap it to USDC, which can slightly increase the final amount.
  4. Always double-check the final total before confirming your payment.

Your PI Coins Are SAFU

  1. ReloadPi refreshes product data every 30 minutes to stay aligned with providers.
  2. If a failure appears, use the community forum or contact support — failed orders do not mean lost Pi.
  3. ReloadPi uses only the official Pi SDK for authentication.
  4. We do not sell or share your personal data; form fields are required only to fulfill your orders.
